Check the Status of Your Local Bills
Step 1:
Print out these instructions so that you may have them to walk you through the process of downloading copies of bills until you become familiar with the process.
Step 2:
CLICK the address below to access ALISON. This will open a new window in your browser, and you will temporarily leave the ACCA web site.

Step 3:
Click on "Personal Instrument List" on the left hand side of the page
Step 4:
Then click on "Open Existing Account"
Step 5:
In the "Existing Account" box type localbills
Step 6:
In the "Password" box type lbr (this stands for local bills report) and click OK
Step 7:
From the "List Names" drop down menu click on your county
Step 8:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue "Show Instruments in List" link
Step 9:
Click on the bill number that you would like to view
Step 10:
At the top of the page, click on "View" on the right hand side of the menu

Please note that you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the bills. Adobe Acrobat is free and can be downloaded by clicking here.
