Check the Status of Your Local Bills Step
1:
Print out these instructions so that you may have them to walk you
through the process of downloading copies of bills until you become familiar with
the process.
Step 2:
RIGHT CLICK the address below to access ALISON. Choose "Open in New Window." This will open a new window in your browser, and you will temporarily leave the ACCA web site.

Click on "Personal Instrument List" on the left hand side of the
page
Step 4:
Then click on "Open
Existing Account"
Step 5:
In the
"Existing Account" box type local bills
Step
6:
In the "Password" box type lbr (this stands for local
bills report) and click OK Step 7:
From the "List Names" drop down menu click on your county Step
8:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue "Show Instruments
in List" link
Step 9:
Click on the bill number that you would like to view
Step 10:
At the top of the page, click on "View" on the right hand side of the menu
