ACCMA 2011 Winter Conference

The ACCMA 2012 Winter Conference is scheduled for January 25-27, 2012, at Guntersville State Park, Guntersville, AL. We hope you will make your plans NOW to attend!
Registration
Conference registration for ACCMA members is $225 each if you register before Friday, January 6, 2012. Conference registration after Friday, January 6, 2012, will be $275. No online registrations can be made after this January 18, 2012, but on-site registration will be accepted. Online registrations must be paid by credit card or a Paypal account. (Cancellation policy: no registration fees will be refunded after Wednesday, January 11, 2012.) Click this link to register on the online registration system .
Membership Dues
If you are not an ACCMA member or have not renewed your current-year dues, you may do so by contacting Marcia Collier. Regular and Associate member dues are $50 per person; Student dues are $10 per person; and Corporate dues are $100 per corporation. Any member dues not paid by a registrant prior to the conference will be invoiced immediately following the conference. Dues will be payable upon receipt of the invoice.
Schedule
The conference will begin on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 25, and adjourn at noon on Friday, January 27. A full conference agenda will be made available soon.
The Opening Reception & Dinnerwill be held Wednesday evening, January 25. The annual President’s Luncheon will be held at noon on Thursday, January 26. A Country Dinner and entertainment by Three on a String will be held Thursday evening, January 26. These are all family friendly events, so be sure to sign up your guests. All of these events are included in the registration fee, however, non-registered spouses, guests and children (over 8 years of age) attending any of these events will need to have tickets. Tickets are $20 per person per event and should be purchased online at the same time as registration.
Room Reservations
To reserve your room at Guntersville State Park Lodge, please call (256) 571-5440 and reference ACCMA1 to receive the conference rate of $76.50 per night for standard rooms. The deadline to reserve your room is Wednesday, December 28. Note: Room availability is Wednesday, January 25 – Friday, January 27.
