Registration forms may be found at the bottom of this page. Don't forget to make your room reservations, too. If you'd like to reserve your room online, visit www.perdidobeachresort.com and click on Reservations. Type in the Group Code found in your registration packet. Or, you may call the Perdido Beach Resort at 800-634-8001 and identify yourself as a member of the Association of County Commissions of Alabama to get the discounted room rate of $140. The deadline for making reservations is July 17.
