AAEM SUMMER CONFERENCE
September 27-29, 2011
Perdido Beach Resort • Orange Beach, Ala.
The AAEM Summer Conference has been rescheduled for September 27-29, 2011 at Perdido Beach Resort. The hotel has offered the same rates for this week, all rooms we had scheduled for the conference are available this week. We will basically be able to take everything as scheduled for May 18th - 20th and move it to September 27th - 29th.
Conference Registration - If you are already registered for the conference, your registration will be automatically transferred to September. If you are unable to attend the conference in September, email Donna Key and she will issue a refund for your conference registration.
Hotel Registration - The room rates will be the same. If you are registered at Perdido Beach Resort for May 18th thru 20th, they will automatically transfer your hotel registration to the September 27th thru 29th and will email you a new confirmation number. If you can not attend the conference, notify the hotel for cancellation.

the agenda this year!
Conference registration is $200 per person until Friday, April 29. After April 29, registration
will be $250. You may register online here. Also included in this
packet is awards information and nomination information, for those who are qualified to vote.
Please note that cancellations will not be refunded after May 4.
NOTE: Each area will be putting together a gift basket to give away during the Opening
Reception on Thursday evening. If you have something you would like to donate from your
county, please contact your Area rep.
And be sure to attend the conference-wide dinner on Wednesday night! We are going to
have dinner as a group at Live Bait.
Don't forget to make your hotel arrangements for the conference! To reserve your room at
the Perdido Beach Resort, you may call the hotel directly at 800-634-8001 or log onto
www.perdidobeachresort.com, and then
go to the "Reservations" section. Enter
6864 in the Group Code section. The
conference room rate is $157 a night
and the cut off date for hotel reservations
is Sunday, April 17th.
